The organization is based in UP Diliman School of Economics, built for the express purpose of promoting and providing an avenue for the development of our members’ financial and economic literacy; especially for topics like long-term investment, stock-trading, and other financial instruments. We achieve this through a host of learning opportunities for our members and applicants. In the past, this was done through guest lectures from experts in the field, every couple of weeks. Now with the shift to the online setup, we’ve adapted our tried and true learning-and-membership-based app process to suit the needs of the students at home. We’ve maintained to produce high-quality, exclusive video lectures on investing, stock-trading, and a whole host of other topics from experts in the field, and even some from our academically-inclined membership.

While that part of our organization has always been our most visible service, the core of UPIC has always been its members. We’re lucky to have students from all over the campus, working together on a set of shared goals and values that bring everyone involved closer to where they want to be in life.
